I am a Lt. with a municipal fire department. I had read a couple articles about the benefits of using Kettlebells. While discussing it with my crew one of the members suggested she had a friend who had been using Kettlebells for years and swears by them for overall fitness. We decided as a group we would like to try and workout together. The closest gym was Punch Gym in Worcester, MA. We got in touch with Bonnie and took in a lesson to learn the proper form. From there we were hooked and all 3 of use purchased Kelttlebells and now work out in the firehouse. Since that time a couple months ago we have encouraged other to try Kettlebells, now we have a core group of 5 folks who lift on a regular basis. We have found the Punch Providence DVD to be a great workout.
The purpose of this blog is to be a clearinghouse for folks to share Kettlebell workouts they enjoy. We all get tired of the same routines and look forward to trying new drills.
